I came to Solstice East with the intention of learning and growing as much as possible. I was not disappointed. The people who trained me challenged me and helped me better understand myself as well as mastering the skills needed to succeed in the field of mental health. My co-workers are also people that I find to be trustworthy and dependable; I can t imagine having a better place to work at right out of college. Everyone here cares about what they are doing, how they could improve, and helping support each other. My favorite aspect of my job is getting to talk with the residents and guiding them through tough situations. I also like teaching them life skills by sharing my knowledge and experiences.
