I have had several issues with Sub-Zero Wolf and I am very frustrated with not being contacted by them or the issues resolved.
We purchased several items from Sub-Zero Wolf in 2015 - professional microwave drawer, built-in double ovens, coffee system, 36" built in refrigerator, 36" built in freezer, gas stove top and vent. Of course, this cost us thousands of dollars.
Our first issue in 2015 was with the coffee maker temperature. That was never resolved although a maintenance person came (Reliable Appliance), we were told to heat up the cups if we wanted hot coffee. We were provided extended warranties because of our dissatisfaction. We do not use our coffee maker to this day because of this issue.
We have ALWAYS had an issue with all of our burners knobs not working correctly for our gas stove top - this isn't a new problem, it's been a problem since installation. We have researched the issue and are aware this has been a problem with others for years. The knobs do not stay in place ...we have either too high of heat or too low.
Third, our ovens do not heat properly. No matter the recipe we have we usually have to heat the item longer. This has ALWAYS been an issue.
So, as your (Sub Zero Wolf) records probably show - hopefully - we have been trying to get these items fixed since November and before that with your repairman who doesn't respond, doesn't assist, etc. Several messages were left for him in Jun/Oct.
So, of course, being frustrated we left a bad review about Sub-Zero Wolf and we got a response from Rikki Klassy, Sub-Zero Wolf Customer Advocate, who was actually very nice to us and wanted to resolve our issues. She was working with the repairman at Reliable Appliance also but couldn't get a response from him either. This was December but unfortunately she left Sub-Zero Wolf before our issues were resolved. She issued an out of warranty authorization for us but these issues have always been like this and Reliable Appliance doesn't answer their phone or return calls and now Sub-Zero too!
Now months later, we are still trying to get assistance. We can't get Sub-Zero Wolf customer care to respond to the emails that we have sent or voicemails either. We were told someone would call us (left voicemails and have sent emails to) but no response has been received.
We spent over $35,000 for these appliances that were Sub Zero Wolf so if you are wanting reliable appliances with good customer service look elsewhere. Sub Zero Wolf failed!
