We arrived as scheduled. They double billed me for my room, and in trying to get it resolved, they billed me twice more. The folks at the front desk could only tell me "what their screen said", leaving me the only choice of opening a credit card dispute. This is a hassle I don't want to deal with while on holiday. A disappointing end to a nice visit.
