Why 4 stars even if there was a blunder? I used to b a practicing trained nurse and left the career path 18 yrs. ago and don't miss it one bit. Nurses are over worked and over stretched as with the other health workers. They have feelings where most of the time they have to suppressed. Being an in patient, I think we have responsibilities and must arm ourselves with as much info that is out available to the public. Sometimes waiting times are not intentionally delayed, as certain cases are prioritized before your appointment. We just must give as much support to our already ailing NHS.
