My husband and I signed up for solar panels on March 5th and it is now almost 7 months later and nothing has happened; they have sat on our roof, unfinished, with nothing turned on..and every time we contact someone at Vision Solar, they make promises that are never kept and can only apologize again and again, with no results. Even today, we were told that someone would come to our house and take the next step toward completion, and the appointment time came and went - and no one showed up. We called to inquire and they said something about a part they needed to get before coming. But no one called to let us know. This is just one of numerous examples of how Vision Solar has shown up unprofessionally throughout this process.

My husband - all too late it seems - started investigating reviews of the company (on multiple sites - Google, BBB, etc.) only to find that most people have had the same or similar experiences with the company. I will own the fact that we clearly didn't do our due diligence in researching your company beforehand; we actually had an excellent sales person who convinced us that it was a great deal we were getting...but we clearly had no idea what kind of business we were getting involved with. I am frankly shocked this place is still in business at all. Don't waste your time.
