Shawn P. Bailey represented me in as the plaintiff in a copyright infringement case. He was amazing, both in getting results and in counteracting the opposing council, who is one of those kind of people who give attorneys a bad name, and whose constant delays and other ploys made the case drag on years longer than necessary. Despite all the shenanigans, Shawn was able to cut through to the proof, and summary judgment came back proving the defendant had stolen my book. Then in settlement, the defendant agreed that her copyright infringement was committed "willfully" and that she was liable "for enhanced damages." Thank you, Shawn. You are awesome!
