I've never had such poor telephone service than I did with the Lort Smith Hospital today. Not at all friendly, quite rude and spoke with such sarcasm. Whether Cathy was having a bad day or not there is no need to be rude to a potential customer. I thought these people were there for the animals but obviously it wasn't in this case. Have a good day Cathy as you've lost not only a customer but you've tarnished the reputation of this animal hospital by your unprofessional phone manner.
