I've cancelled my membership and they continue to withdraw from my account. I followed all the membership rules and paid for the entire 12 months plus. Buyer beware!
They don't care about the people and economic hardships we are facing with this pandemic. They are all about $$. I cancelled and they reinstated me without my consent.
