Patrick, as contractor, and Mike Gagne, as real estate agent, were terrific to work with on the construction of our new home. Patrick is patient and methodical. He is trustworthy, reassuring and attentive to details. He followed the schedule and kept us apprised. Patrick requested our input even on options we hadn't contemplated. Quite simply, a pleasure to work with. Even his subcontractors told us we were lucky to have him as our contractor!!!!! And now we are lucky to be living in the beautiful home he built.
