Mal M Review of Ingenesis, inc.
I filed a complaint against a blue cross employee,...
I filed a complaint against a blue cross employee, it was an investigation for discrimination against a manager there. That manager called ingenesis and told them I had repeatedly called BLUE CROSS. Which is not true I have no numbers to call. The CEO of blue cross emailed me on his own accord I didn t even have his email or phone number. This manager then called Ingenesis and Ingenesis began calling and emailing me and trying to intimidate me despite me telling them I had not been contacting blue cross blue shield. I informed them they were infringing on my rights and harassing me at the request of someone who discriminated against me, that was currently under investigation, mind you I had already quit working for Ingenesis 6 days prior to them contacting me. Ingenesis emailed me 3-4 times, and also called me, which I recorded. Ingenesis, prior to my resignation, had received emails from me where I told them I felt I was being discriminated against, and was requesting help, they didn t do anything. I also emailed them to inform them a blue cross employee had been very aggressive and hostile towards me, and I felt threatened, they also did nothing about that. I have printed out all emails to and from ingenesis including where I told Nicole Richards she nor anyone else from Ingenesis is to contact me, and yet I received another email from Ingeneis HR. They are a horrible employer who likes to harass and try and intimidate prior employees at the behest of managers under investigation for discrimination. You don t get holiday pay unless you work like 960 hours, no PTO what so ever, insurance is expensive, they are rude over the phone. If you don t like your assignment and want to transfer you have to put in a 2 weeks notice, completely finish that notice before they will allow you to even interview in another department. Which would leave you without employment for 2-3 weeks. Don t do it. There are so many other jobs available in S.C without dealing with harassment and having your concerns ignored by your employer.
