New club, cause that's all it is. 20years of membership with all the renovations and this club still gets it wrong.
Firstly the greeting person we encountered on Mon 22/1/18, was rude, no patience no friendliness at all, a smartarse in fact.
Food sadly for us has gone down in our estimates, we ate their a lot, had a lot of functions there over 20years. It was more like coles cafeteria food!!!!Greedily well n truly overpriced and ordinary, could of made it myself.
Toddlers, not all, ind you, running around cause if they didn't they screamed and threw tantrums as well as cutlery! For hours.
Downstairs for families with kids would be a better option. The grass area the sand area and the beach, its all there. Just add cover.
Not upstairs, forced to sit like an adult,thats not what they want,they want to play. Let them, but not up in a bar area or where others are trying to enjoy their food or listen to their friends speak.
The lovely views we had are ruined now, no Northerly or Southerly views, if you can see over the pool glassing in any case. No breezes,the breezes are only felt way inside on higher chairs. Which were more comfortable than the ones are now along window area.
We're done,won't be returning,what a shame! Won't be recommending either!
