I booked today through Bokeng 4 days in the month ...

I booked today through Bokeng 4 days in the month of January. Reservation offers were confirmed, and after how many hours they shocked me by sending an email, the reservation was canceled. It was in the wrong from the hotel and the price has changed. Who can bear the error?
