July 2nd, the beginning of a long holiday weekend ...
July 2nd, the beginning of a long holiday weekend in Texas, I woke up feeling a little warm. I looked at the thermostat and knew I had trouble. My old AC guy had become unreliable, but I'd heard positive things about A#1 Air. I called at 5:30am on a Saturday and was thrilled to get a human. Throughout the day, A#1 dispatchers contacted me from time to time, letting me know where I was on the dispatch list. They gave me one last call when technician Andy V. was about 5 minutes out.
Andy was a good guy to work with, explaining clearly what he was doing, and found the issue within minutes. Good people, great job!
