Returning to university from a year out work experience to re-enrol on a Masters course, I found Lighthouse Property Services very helpful and friendly during the early stages of seeking accommodation. Upon finding a student house, myself and three other Masters students signed up straight away and the Lighthouse team were friendly and helpful during the process.

During the tenancy, we found that Lighthouse property services were helpful throughout and dealt with problems as and when we reported them. Thankfully, problems with the house were few and we found the team pleasant and helpful throughout our two year tenancy.

As a result, our time at university was enjoyable and this is partly due to the positive experience that the house and Lighthouse team provided. Overall I was happy with my experience and I would recommend the agency both to students and landlords.
