Seriously? A realtor had a good experience here. I can't imagine a realtor with a good experience here. Talk about getting only a $2000.00 commission check after selling a 200k home. Well, after everyone gets their cut, like Davis and Linn, then they have this USAA, Navy Federal thing they subscribe to and they get like 50%, Davis and Linn will take a lion share including all kinds of fees. Fees like technology fee, subscription fees, brokers fees and they are endless. Make sure that you keep up upon leads that are handed out. They will leave you out and give them to their favorites.
