I hate going in this place and seldom visit. Huge, crowded, badly designed store with below-average merchandise. It takes forever to get out of here - expect an hour plus visit especially when slooooow seniors are present with coupons. The drug store items have their own "mini store" which means if you forget the band aids or aspirins or shampoo you've got to traverse the entire store to pick them up. Music is always playing VERY loudly - it is mandated by corporate and is controlled by satellite meaning the staff cannot alter the selection or volume. The seafood is not fresh and the off putting smell wafts through the area. Unbelievably greasy fried chicken sits beneath a heat lamp overcooking for hours. The produce is sub-par. No upscale, interesting or food-show type items to relieve the huge bare-basics inventory with a few organic eggs thrown in. The Chinese food is God-awful; the cold cuts are of poor quality. I could go aisle by aisle complaining but you get the picture. Drive fast, fast, fast to McCaffrey's in West Windsor or Princeton or hit up Wegmans for solid meats, fish and produce. Sorry for the pleasant staff who is overworked and poorly managed. I loathe this place.
