A shame !!!

A shame !!!
The renter asked me to pay a full tank of fuel in advance when taking over the vehicle. I was not refunded the full when the return of the car while the full was done.

Also, compulsory insurance at 99 for 4 days (debit card), whereas I had already paid for insurance via the Expedia website.
