My wife went to the emergency room with chest pain...

My wife went to the emergency room with chest pains and sat for 4 hours after she was triazed. We ended up leaving. She looked on my chart when she got home and they lied and said she saw a Dr. Gregory James Mosteller and she didn't see nobody because we left. We'll be watching to see if the insurance was charged because if it was I'm going to contact an attorney. This used to be the best hospital and I don't understand what has happened.
