This garden center was horrific, from arrival we were greeted with a whole host of issues. My friend was forced to take a basket despite we were only buying 1 thing and we told the lady that we didnt need one but she said 'you have come in a group so you have to take a basket'. So why handle something unnecessarily when you dont need to handle something during these Covid times. The horrors did not stop there. Once we had decided against buying from this shop, we headed for the exit. The exit was poorly marked and we spent 10 minutes trying to find our way out of the shop. As we were in a hurry to go, this only messed up our plans for later in the day. Still the shop got worse. When we got to the exit, we were told to wait in a queue despite purchasing absolutely nothing. By this point we were 15 minutes late for our reservation, we had to wait in a queue for checkout even though we were not buying anything!!! Bad Customer service, wouldn't recommend going there!
