After going thru tons of laser hair removal reviews on google and yelp, I decided to go for an info session at Serenity Rejuvenation Center and had a very informative conversation with entire staff. Initially, I was nervous and a little scared about doing it on my face, but after talking with Dr. Stephen O'Connell, I was at ease. So far I have done 3 laser sessions, and I'm thrilled to say that I saw a major difference and more than 50% reduction after the very first session only. I have PCOS and hirsutism so laser is my only solution to stop shaving. After 3 sessions, I have seen more than 80% reduction in hair growth and I can go without shaving for weeks, which is a major relief since I used to shave every single day. Also had a bad beard shadow which is thankfully gone. Still need more sessions and I am definitely getting laser done on other areas too. I look forward to my sessions with at Serenity. Dr. O'Connell seems to be running the clinic well, as I've had two different laser technicians and both were very versed with a similar dialogue. I used to live in Bellevue and love the area so Serenity's location is perfect for me and there's always parking available. I have already recommended Serenity to my friends and family. Thank you Serenity for the help.
