I told them I could not talk on the phone until after noon. They called me at 10, so I answered assuming it was an emergency, and the vet just tried pushing me into putting my cat in surgery. (Very rude) I asked if he needed it or if he had other options and listed the options I was given the day prior from them. She stated those methods could work if I was lucky, and continued to push the surgery. I asked to call back in 2 hours to discuss due to being at work and in the middle of a meeting and she continued to tell me I needed to make a decision immediately even though the cat did not need immediate attention. Basically just tried to push me into spending unnecessary money on unneeded intervention. Not happy!!!
