Great idea, terrible application at least for me.

I wanted to get a dress shirt made for my wedding and also have a casual shirt made as well. i was really excited for this and wanted to love it, but shirts I got out of it fit weird and looked terrible.

Over the course of a month I went to the store to troubleshoot the issues, update my measurements, and had both shirts remade and sent back and forth three times. Each time the shirts came back and looked just bad on me. I wound up returning both and going to Brooks Brothers for my wedding shirt and with $30 worth of alterations from my tailor it looks awesome.

The quality of materials is good, customer service is excellent, the staff in the Soho store were wonderful. Like I said I really wanted to love this product, and if it works for you I'm envious. But my personal experience here was frustrating.
