Great service, from picking up my damaged bike to returning the repaired article. Took longer than first thought due to sourcing original spares from BMW in Germany. I was pleased because on the whole I was well informed as to what was occurring and reasons for delay. When my bike was returned I was delighted with the work carried out, well worth the extra time.
