I would NEVER recommend anyone go here for anything! The customer service is horrible beyond recognition and the complaint department is lacking to be put nicely. Several of their employees have tested positive for drugs or have faked their tests in order to keep their jobs. The people you complain to about real concerns and issues of privacy being compromised do not care and no one takes their job seriously. When you know people in your medical realm are doing hard drugs that affect their role to do their jobs, you file a complaint and no action is taken and to hear from several other employees that directly AVOID such concerns is immediate cause for alarm. DO NOT GO HERE
