Food and service "fair" rather than "poor", but still overall I'd describe this place as OK but overpriced. I much prefer Royal China or Joy King Lau for dim sum. The vegetarian options just really weren't that inspiring. Also I was irritated they had a big long wine list but no sake / rice wine. I really don't believe grape based wine belongs with Chinese food.
