After cancelling they missed the scheduled day to ...

After cancelling they missed the scheduled day to retrieve the cans, so I set up a new appointment. Well, the cans disappeared, so we assume they got them, but they claim they didn't so they are charging us for both cans. They also state that they know nothing about missing the first appointment. They're not the most organized company, but they generally picked up the trash, so I will give them 2 stars.
