Manager was rude. His name is Clayton Williams. I told him his customer service isn't that great compared to Bommarito because of his lack of energy and attitude he gave me. It didn't seem like he wanted to help me. He got angry and argued with me that i had to wait for him only five minutes not twenty. He said he was going to roll the tape back and count how long I was standing there. He wouldn't let me talk and tell him why exactly his costumer service is bad. See whats wrong there. He is a SALES MANAGER. Act like one. It doesn't matter if i stand there 5 min or 20. Your job is to apologize no matter. I would never hire this kind of person in my business. They don't treat their employees right either. I have a friend who left the place because of their unethical behaviors. I emailed this to the GM but I'm sure he didn't do anything about this either.
