would like to rate 3.5. Not impressive but was adequate for my needs.

Pro:
The hotel is located near New York's important landmarks.
Subway and Bus stations are at walkable distance.
Check and Checkout was easy

Cons:
No complimentary Brkfast
No complimentary Wifi (you can get this if you signup for their membership)
Not so modern
