Okay so I waited years to visit here and although we ran around due to time constraints we were underwhelmed. The start wasn't great. Firstly we did the whole 40 mins in a queue to arrive at a horrid security girl that looked and acted in an unprofessional manner; shaved head with pony tail and trousers hanging of her. Her attitude stunk shouting at the patrons about having their bags open, "Did you hear me? OPEN YOUR BAGS, DO YOU HEAR ME!? She was a disgrace and make everyone feel anxious. In the UK she would be fired on the spot but in NYC attitude seems to be acceptable. I can only compare the experience to London and the big difference is that most things on display are more like mock ups and the experience is a little dated. The information available is fantastic but overall I wasn't sad to leave. I guess when you get shouted a before you arrive it ruins the excitement and the illusion!
