Very up and down. Some things were great but they were over shadowed by others. The place wasn't very well sign posted, it was difficult to get round and the map wasn't very helpful. There was also a temporary t rex exhibit which when we got to it we couldn't go in as you needed separate tickets but there were no signs to indicate this and the lady on the desk was horribly rude and unhelpful. Disappointing experience.
