Top-notch! J. Francis Company is always the top name on my short-list of general contractors to recommend to clients. I've worked with them on dozens of residential and institutional projects and have always been very pleased with the quality of their work. Their customer service, though, is what sets them above so many other GC's. They actually listen to and communicate with the client (and the architect... ahem) and are sensitive to the unique needs of each project, regarding schedule, budget, and a myriad of other issues, both large and small.
