We bought a Nintendo Switch specifying that we wanted the 2019 model. When we realized that the previous model had been encased, we went to inform it, and although they recognized that it was a failure of them, they tell us that it is not possible to return it. Why do we have to keep a product that we don't want to be a failure of them? I never buy anything again at Fnac and I advise the same.
