The front desk people are the worst of any of the Vancouver community centre. Very unhelpful, unaware of the programs in their own community centre, full of attitude, and don't have the mental capacity to point you in the right direction. Killarney and Hillcrest have much more competent front desk workers. Why can't Renfrew hire the same calibre of staff?
