Ali Panju and I met through my Indeed Resume. He contacted me, shared there may be two opportunities he could see potential for me being a good fit into the team culture and also potentially what I need for my new job, as I was returning back to the workforce from my first maternity leave.

We went through an initial phone call interview, then started going into detailed over-the-phone interviews for both opportunities. Before and after I would go in for my in-person interviews with the company, Ali would give me a call to either prep me for the interview (since he had a very great relationship with both companies and knew who they were looking for) or to follow up with me, making sure the company was what I was looking for as well.

Even though there were hiccups along the way for negotiations, as any new endeavour would expect, Ali always had both the company and my best interest in mind. In the end, he was able to get me more than I could ask for.

All in all, I 100% will be referring (and already have) Ali Panju with Impact Recruitment for future opportunities for my network. Not only do I have a great position now returning back to work from maternity leave, I also have made a new friend! Thanks Ali! You're the best!
