I called Air Mac last Monday. I asked to speak to someone in service but was transferred to an answering machine.

Later that day I called back and was told the service department was not available and they would take a message and make sure they called me the next morning.

2 days later I called back and informed the woman on the phone very nicely that I was trying to reach service and has already called 2 times before. She told me "well we gave them the message so I don't know what you want us to do?" --- this should have been my first clue.

I called back an hour later to speak to the service department since it was 3 pm and I was sure the lunch break would be done. I spoke to the service manager and informed him what I was looking for and gave him the service address and my contact information.

Bottom line is that someone was supposed to come out the first part of this week and it has been a week since I spoke to someone there without a call back.

I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU USE AIR MAC!
