Less than one star, if I could.... people do not attempt to save money with this company it will just cost you more in the end if you re involved in an accident. This insurance company needs to be shut down permanently. They do not look out for anyone but themselves. The body shops they refer to aware of how they scam their policy holders. It s so unfortunate. They take months to follow up with your claim and in the end YOU will pay more than the insurance company. The representatives are top of the line disrespectful and are the least amount of professional. Save your self the time & money.
