Horrible. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not clean at the arrival. They sended a cleaner, but it was still not clean. The next 3 days was the room never cleaned, there were always hairs and something like that in the bathroom. They never cleaned our room. In the future we will never sleep in a novotel again.
