I wrote a emails 3weeks ago, I didn't got a answer...

I wrote a emails 3weeks ago, I didn't got a answer so I resend it a week ago, still didn't got a answer. So I called today, I had someone on the phone for 2sec, it sounded like she talked to someone else, I said "hello?" And the lady said "please hold on" and hanged up. I called back twice and now nobody answers the phone.
