Service America installed a new a/c unit for me 5 ...

Service America installed a new a/c unit for me 5 months ago. Last Monday it stopped working. I called them, first available day to come and fix it was on Thursday, 3 days later, no a/c in JULY in MIAMI!!!!! It gets worse, today, they never show up, or called!!!!!!! I called them, the girl that answered said she was going to see what the problem was and called me back in 10 minutes.........of course, nothing!!!!!! I will try again tomorrow, since I have 5 more months "warranty"............
