Today we went to Appleton Harley Davidson at 2pm. They close at 4 and its a Saturday. My husband stopped by the service counter to explain that his Freewheeler had a blown shock and was wondering if it was under warranty. His plan was to set up an appointment to get it fixed. They took the bike right back and replaced the shock and changed the oil!! They close at 4, but the employees stayed until 4:45 pm to get his bike up and going. On a Saturday! Dont hear of that type of service anymore. We were very impressed by what they did. We will definitely go back again (and again).
