Have used Acoustical Specialties for the past couple of years... Always super nice to deal with and technicians were great. My most recent experience was (on a scale of 1 - 10, a 0) worst experience EVER. In fact, they did not show up; I had to call to reschedule and even then it was a FIGHT. Maybe its COVID or the fact thats its 2020 but the experience is most definitely on par for 2020!
