Overall the experience was okay. The wait time was astronomical seeing as I did not see or hear another customer there the entire time. As far as treatment it was more let's just give your dog medicine and see if that works. I still dont understand giving a medicine for parasites without actually testing for it. But then again I am not the professional. However I will say the customer care afterward is great. They did send a report to my typical vet who called me the next day to make sure Lucy was okay. Awesome. Also the hospital did call a few days later to check on Lucy as well which I thought was great. One other suggestion is I highly recommend selling food that is gentle on dogs tummy. (My vet has this) A bland diet, is something I would guess most people have to go grocery shopping for and I would have easily just paid extra for the food right then and there. Seeing as I am already in a couple hundred dollars. Overall good I would go back in an emergency.
