We moved into our assisted living facility on 13 December 2018 and have had constant problems with the WOW service since installation in our apartment. Trying to access the account online the past few months has been a nightmare. WOW keeps sending a reply "cannot locate this account". WOW service is the only option. I would love to give WOW a zero star review.
