My opinion: RIP-OFF - I AM SHER DISAPPOINTED !!!
With such a poor quality of the hotel, the prices that you pay on site are absolutely exaggerated and many times the prices of the usual hotel portals have been taken from us. ATTENTION !!!!

The SERVICE (especially management) was desolate. The only exception with a super friendly demeanor and quick action was the staff in the restaurant (especially breakfast service).
Otherwise:
- unfriendly to outrageous
- not service-oriented
- no assistance
- not willing to learn

You can only check in here against PREPAYMENT, so that complaints to the management are flashed off and you have no chance of a fair solution.

THE SUITE was desolate:
- dirty
- worn out

- dangerous (tripping hazards, low balcony railing)
- no usable safe
- no minibar
- defective switches
- no window in the bedroom to open (only a very small skylight)

The TOILET an imposition:
- less than 1 square meter (including the toilet)
- dirty
- smelly

I would never stay here again!

NO RECOMMENDATION !!!!
