Wow, just wow! If you're looking for honesty and integrity, Neil is the guy for you. He 100% looked it to every worry I had, he never seemed irritated with me or or tried to dismiss my thoughts/worries. Most of all he was never pushy! I have never met a company with as much patience as this Perkins dealership.
I was a complete mess with my vehicle breaking down, my insurance chose Perkins because of their reputation. I completely back the choice. The customer service is outstanding they were able to keep me calm and kept communicating open during the entire process. They didn't feed me lies or excuses and always got back to me in a timely manner.
It was a joy to work with so many amazing people.
