Absurd! No words for the lack of respect, the unprofessional employees and poor communication. Then they try to contact the driver, after he doesn't answer, they let me know that they can't do anything for me and I have to contact the sender. I ask the lady on the phone what actions they can perform on behalf of the sender that they do not want or are not allowed to do on behalf of the recipient.
