I originally came in to drop off my car for some service to be done and I wanted to know my options of getting out of my lease and possibly into a different vehicle under a loan. I was helped my an awesome salesman named Greg who was so patient with my situation. He was absolutely amazing and I ended up actually getting out of my lease and into a new 2018 Elantra. Greg along with the rest of the staff at Heritage Hyundai in Towson made me feel so comfortable and were very personable with my father and I. The whole atmosphere was overall so welcoming and relaxed. There was no feeling of commission based pushiness that is the norm for most places. I will definetly be recommending this location to anyone who is interested in buying a car in the future. I have never had a bad experience with Herritage but this was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership in a very long time. Thank you so much for your time and service!
