In my opinion: Service manager was giving us the run around. Now we are stuck paying again for something done less than 2 months ago. Hopefully its done correctly this time. Definitely not up to other Lexus dealerships I've dealt with. They are real moody and don't stand behind their work. But they do have a great coffee bar!
