After sending pics of the dent that I needed repaired to other dent removal techs and not even get a call back, I was starting to get discouraged and figured I'd just have to live with this imperfection on my Q60. Until a friend recommended TDC. Michael's shop has a clean and professional atmosphere. Michael stated this was the sharpest dent he'd seen in his 20 years of business. (Which explains why the competition never bothered to return my calls.) Michael offered to take on the challenge and said if through the process he felt it wouldn't be perfect end results, he would stop the job and their would be NO CHARGE.. That speaks a lot about his great work ethics and passion for his craft. Needless to say, Michael did an outstanding job! Not only did he remove the dent as if it was never there, but also removed a few smaller dents and polished up some scratches for a reasonable fee. All this work done in less than 5 hours.
