Depressing service. The hotel website has information about Afternoon tea, guests are invited to an exquisite tea ceremony. We called for a day, ordered a tea party. On the same day, in the evening, they called us again, clarified the details, confirmed the order, and said that they would wait for us. The next morning, the day when we were going to come for a tea party, the manager called us and said that they hadn t served Afternoon tea for a long time! Why do you have this information on your website, why do you accept reservations, call back and confirm the order? How is this possible in a hotel of this level? And why did you not offer any compensation for such a service? Shame on you.
